Thank you for setting up your W6 Gym membership with GoCardless.  You may now start using the gym.  Please make sure you set-up your fingerprint recognition for gym entry on your first visit.  You will need confirmation of your GC set-up to complete this.

If you have not filled out your medical PAR-Q form yet, please click here to do so.  It is a requirement that we have that from you too.

All PAR-Q's are confidential, none of the information provided is used for third party marketing.
