WHAT TO EXPECT?

KICKBOXING / BOXING - Technique and fitness combined.  Learn a new skill, or enhance your skills, and build on your fitness at the same time.

SPINNING - A really great way to get your cardio in each week, set to fun music.

SLOW FLOW YOGA - Restorative Yoga to gently bring you into the week, or to recover from the weekend.

VINYASA YOGA - Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.  Excellent for strength/conditioning and flexibility.

HYROX - Strength & Conditioning, specific to the HYROX race.

LOWER BODY BLAST - Working the lower body, a great toning and strength workout.  Also, a good fat burner!
