We are a boutique gym situated in the heart of Chiswick. We are a family managed gym with both an extensive range of experience and a passion for the fitness industry. Unlike those larger chains who sign up as many individuals as possible (which often leads to an over filled gym at peak hours) we cap our membership, guaranteeing we are never too full and ensuring we will always know you and you will always know us personally.

CLASSES
We offer a varied range of classes on our timetable, all of which are included in your membership costs. From Yoga, to Spinning, kickboxing and High Intensity Training (HIIT), there is something for everyone. Want to bring a non-member friend? They can drop in for £10 per class.
CARDIO
We offer an extensive range of cardio machines and functional training equipment to create the perfect cardio workout for you; from rowers to battle ropes, punch bags to a sledge track, wattbikes and more. But we also offer a variety of different cardio-based classes to suit your needs, when looking for new fun ways to work out and be motivated.
BOXING
W6 Gym is owned by professional boxer Ryan Maycock. His passion for the sport runs throughout the gym and all members both male and female from aged 16 – 75 have enjoyed the different way in which boxing can improve general fitness. As well as classes for all levels of fitness and technique, we have punchbags, skipping ropes and a full-size boxing ring for you to use. We provide gloves, wraps, pads, and headguards should you not have your own.
